Care Home Recommissioning Project – Family and Friends Survey

Healthwatch has the power to make sure that people’s voices are heard by the government and those running services. As well as seeking the public’s views ourselves, we also encourage services to involve people in decisions that affect them. Our sole purpose is to help make care better for people. The aim of this survey is to understand people experiences and views on care homes. All information gathered will be fed back to Hull City Council anonymously. A final report will be written which will be available to the public through the Healthwatch Reports Library, once the project is completed.
